When does everything happen?
Stage 1
Student is paired to a mentor and meets with them to establish SMART goals
Stage 3
Student begins drafting their essay with their mentor
Stage 5
Student works with group of other students to develop a “passion project”
Stage 2
Student undergoes the “questioning process” to nail the values they hold close to them
Stage 4
Draft is reviewed multiple times by mentor — if ready, given to multiple other mentors for group review
Stage 6
Student works at professional summer opportunity to gain valuable work experience
